Fees & Insurance Information

Dr. Miller is not contracted with insurance. However, SoundMind Medicine is able to provide you with an insurance superbill so you can request reimbursement from your provider if your plan offers out-of-network coverage.

Initial consultation:

• Free (20 minutes)

Individual biofeedback sessions:*

• $195 for new patient appointments (90 minutes)

• $165 for follow-up appointments (60 minutes)

SoundMind Medicine also offers the following packages for biofeedback (excludes initial appointment):

• 4 sessions - 5% discount

• 6 sessions - 10% discount

Cancellation Policy

Effective April 1st 2024:

Due to limited appointment times, SoundMind Medicine requires at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for non-emergent reasons.

Late cancellations (less than 72 hours notice) will result in a $75 charge on your credit card on file.

No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

Two consecutive cancellations of an initial appointment or a training session will require advanced payment to reschedule.
